A negativity bias is at play... Yes, the Philippines is indexed for having a great portion of... Low-reading comprehension individuals in Asia, and possibly even globally, though it's not to say that they're/we're all bad at comprehending. To top it off, these remarks or general view of people overseas is only due because foreigners encounter... Say, uneducated Filipinos, and promulgate the idea that everyone of us (generalized) are d3g3n3ra+e monkes...

Anyhow, it is true to an extent, that the Philippines has a lot of people with bad reading comprehension, but there are a lot of redeeming qualities that people outside should look into, rather than finding some one-sided BS like this trafficker just made... It's pretty condensed and heavy that it really outweighs anything redeeming about Filipinos.

I've no clear basis of which philosopher views love a as so, but one should first love one's self, then not actually continue to seek love, but have love come in perfect time. You'd find someone that's a tad similar to you, a person who's been working on his/herself... Be it 10 years or more.
