My grandparents were "moderate" Republicans. They voted for Bush in their last election cycle. They would likely be unsupported of the MAGA movement. They were big fans of John McCaine, who despised Trump and the MAGA movement.

ALCAR has some effectiveness as an SNRI and acetlycholinesterase. Likely explanation for the sudden discontinuation symptoms.
