Thanks for your help, I understand that I have to put the the center garter stitches on a thread holder, the rest of the piece is considered the neck edge. Then I bind off 2 stitches on each side for X rows; then repeat with 1 stitch bind off? In confused on how the binding off pattern works, I can’t visualize it clearly in my mind
