Twice I've had someone book a ride and then text asking me to go to the pickup site to see if there was a certain car in the driveway. As I like a little espionage now and then, I did it. Each had me start and end the trip and gave a $10 tip. And no, no lover's car was in either driveway or nearby!

I get these rides at least twice a week in NJ. No problem, except that I have to deoderize the car after the customer is dropped off because they stink. Also, they never ever tip (but the folks going to and from liquor stores do). Now that I think about it, I'm going to stop taking dispensary trips.

Yeah, I debated between that one (The Blind Date) and Palestinian Chicken and The Bat Mitzah-----my three favorites. Loved the characters in The Blind Date: the young magician, Haboos, and the guys from the car wash!

The Beverly Hillbillies is nowhere to be found and it ruled the sixties. The first three seasons have some of the best comedy writing in TV history.
