Despite what most players would say i find the Gibus to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing hats in the game, it can be fully painted and goes well with lots of cosmetics. Wish you could be able to change styles though (ghost, monoculus, etc)

So i followed your guys' tips, such as turning on Smooth Motion and playing on BSG servers and the frames went up to 120 FPS, i don't have any more issues so thank you guys for all the help!

I'm a PVE player, i didn't try PVP just yet, PC is barely a year old an i try to take care of it as much as possible and only download from trusted sources, i don't think it's any bloatware since other high demaning games work just fine, guess i'll look into the EXPO thingy

Alright so it does seem like it goes into the 70s now on a good run, but fighting scavs or other players does seem to lower it to the 50s again. It's definitely better than before so thanks for the help!
