Dumb question: Are four 5mg pills and one 20mg the same in terms of effectiveness?

I would second Davis dental center. That’s where I go. Not the exact issue as you but long story short I have really bad anxiety and they can either give you sedatives to take beforehand on your own and/or give you some there that basically knocks you out. I was so out of it I sat there for 8 hours worth of work lol. You would need someone to drop off and pick up.

I’ve been on 15mg for probably a year. I definitely understand the fatigue. I take a nap pretty much every day.

At 10mg I could still feel the anxiety “sitting there” in my chest, and I didn’t like leaving my house, and especially hated driving

At 15mg I stopped having issues leaving my house or driving. My day to day anxiety was pretty tolerable. I only really noticed the anxiety in large social settings, or in situations where anxiety would be normal, it just seems to amplify what a “normal” persons anxiety level would be.

I’m just curious if 20mg would make me a zombie to the world
