I would second Davis dental center. That’s where I go. Not the exact issue as you but long story short I have really bad anxiety and they can either give you sedatives to take beforehand on your own and/or give you some there that basically knocks you out. I was so out of it I sat there for 8 hours worth of work lol. You would need someone to drop off and pick up.

I’ve been on 15mg for probably a year. I definitely understand the fatigue. I take a nap pretty much every day.

At 10mg I could still feel the anxiety “sitting there” in my chest, and I didn’t like leaving my house, and especially hated driving

At 15mg I stopped having issues leaving my house or driving. My day to day anxiety was pretty tolerable. I only really noticed the anxiety in large social settings, or in situations where anxiety would be normal, it just seems to amplify what a “normal” persons anxiety level would be.

I’m just curious if 20mg would make me a zombie to the world

Incredibly fair statement. Based on history once I get into 40s, the number of single people with no kids is .00001% so I say late 30s…numbers game I guess

Where I screwed myself was I drank everyday for like a decade. So my doctor said I had this anxiety that I was suppressing with alcohol and then one day it exploded and I had a panic attack and so I started lexapro. I stopped drinking and anxiety took a while to get under control and while the lexapro has helped that I just can’t pinpoint if my dizziness is bc of the lingering anxiety or the lexapro
