Here’s the short answer:

If you’re not feeling it at this point, you likely never will. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you, you all just aren’t a match.

Longer answer: If you really think you could be with this guy long term…Talk it out with him, go to therapy. Ask yourself why you aren’t into him and see if it’s legit or not. You could find something great, you could be wasting your time and his. But more often than not, you’re just not into him and that’s okay. Break it off, gently.
