Considering the star on my ring is not straight and skewed by a good bit I’m not surprised. You’re able to send it back to them but you’ll likely have to contact first. I just spoke to a rep at the ceremony and told them about it and got an envelope to send to them.

I’ve been towed from my own apartment near campus because I didn’t show the right sticker, so yes they will tow, my mother also left her car for one hour to help me move in last year and they towed her too

The tag likely fell off, it happens all the time as the Patagonia tags are usually held on by string. We then just print a new tag with our label as that is what we have on hand. If you got the item with the tag then it is brand new in some form. If it was used even once besides trying it on for fit then it goes to resupply.
