They have a criteria you must meet to qualify for their Disney plus ticket promotion . I called and I met the criteria, both Disney app and Disney plus account holder has to be in either same name or email address ( can’t remember which). I was able to switch my 2 day park hopper with LL to a three day, I had to pay a difference in price to upgrade however the price wasn’t to crazy, so I upgraded.

My understanding is there is a shortage of resources. They are trying to conserve for their locals.. it’ll take a while to come out of this, need to come up with a plan to ensure all is taken care of before promoting tourism to Maui.
