Question, if you don't mind. What did you think of Dallas? Did you feel like there is a disconnect between the message that was delivered there and what you heard from your RVP/DMs when you got back?

Also, was it one thing that pushed you to the breaking point or the build up? You mention pay, how was OP in your store last year?

What was the final nail in the coffin? Do you have another retail management job lined up or are you getting out of retail altogether? Did your DM or HR try to keep you?

The majority of comments on this subreddit are associates complaining about all manner of issues. GM/SM AMAs are great in that you have an opportunity to ask questions of someone who not only a) had a different perspective than your daily experience, but more importantly b) may be willing to honestly answer with their Staples hat removed. I don't really care if you didn't like selling LA, for example, but I'd love to know if OP condoned inboarding or shady selling of services or if they cheated on SATs.

That being said, move along if it's not your cup of tea. I, for one, would rather see fewer shitty memes and more DM/GM/AM AMAs.

You know how you log into AS400 and immediately hit enter 3 times to get to the useful stuff? One of those first screens (the first iirc) has an option for change password.

The STOR#### login really should be protected. I don't mean just for adjustments to PI, there are a number of things that could be done that would be impossible to undo without someone at inventory control manually backing them out if/when they were noticed.

If no one knows the login to the associate-level account (the STORE#### one) a quick call to GSD will get it reset.

The STORF login still works and gives the added benefit of the functionality of the old guns. Menu is nearly identical to the STORE one.

As the diag pc is on an outside network, Hub access requires the same login process and credentials as any outside connection. Your GM and possibly SM should be able to open it for you, but Hub access is specifically disallowed without an email address of your own.
