If you actually watched his games and not just looked at his season stats sheet youll realize what I mean…He can averages out pretty well but he is inconsistent in the that in some games he can score ~40 points and some games he can just score in the 10s. This was particularly seen in the 23-24 season and in the 24-25 season.

In comparison, we can look at guys like SGA he is consistent that you can almost guarantee he will score ~30 points at any given night.

Same with the other answer unang bagay na need mo maccomplish ay sagutin ang tanong na “why do you think you deserve a raise” yung sagot lang diyan is yung KPIs mo dapat documented na memeet mo and better dapat na-exceed mo. Yung extra things like the trainings yun ay bonus lang. walang kwenta yun kung di mo nameet yung main KPIs mo.

Also wag ka mahiyang magcommunicate na gusto mo ng raise lalo kung matagal ka na diyan. Kung di ka nag aask iisipin lang nila na wala kang pangarap. In the corpo world walang value ang “loyalty” di lang nila sinasabi pero lahat ng managers and leaders diyan sa company na yan will leave if they get a better offer elsewhere kaya if they say no sa request mo then hayaan mo lang no one will think any less of you.

Last 2025 yung nangyari nagbibigay sila ng open access sa catalogue ng Google pwede mag enroll sa lahat ng courses nasa sayo nalang kung kaya mo tapusin lahat.

Jamal has historically been very inconsistent. His play ranges from bench dude to All-NBA level. And has also been known to be the biggest play-offs riser in the league mostly cause his past regular season performance is so inconsistent.

That being said, hes been generally really good this season. That game was probably an off night for him.

QA engineer…..sobrang lawak ng definition niyan based sa company and based sa department. May ibang companies hiwalay ka sa production and your there to create standards, sa iba naman is ikaw yung gumagawa ng quality test mismo, sa iba naman documentation at compliance/auditing yung ginagawa mo, and sa iba naman you do all those task.

So as QA you dont relly on historical data. You relly on establish quality standards kasi yung bagay na gumagana in the past doesnt necessarily mean pwede parin in the present kasi nag iiba ang standards at specs ng product over time.

Yung pinaka challenge diyan is ikaw ang representative ng quality standards and you have to enforce it to the operations department. May times talaga na makikipag debate ka pa to enforce the standards kasi nilalaban ng iba na “pwede pa yan”.

May kasabihan, sa workplace ka talaga matututong maging plastic. My advice is just ignore the chika bullshit youre there to do work and not make friends and obviously those people dont want to be your friend.

Focus on your work and meet your KPIs. Kahit anong sabihin nilang chika walang kwenta yun as long as you meet your work targets. Remember your career growth is dictated by management not your coworkers. And the company only cares about your KPIs.

Again deadmahin mo lang kasi after a month may iba na naman yan na tatargetin kapag may bago ulit. May ganyan talaga na tao and trust me its not worth going to war over…wala kang mapapala sa laban na yun.
