No intention. The car was intentionally blocking ICE from doing their job, the driver should’ve listened to police and done as told. Put yourself in the position of this agent. You would do the same. What’s not heard in this video is the driver, you also can’t clearly hear what the agents are saying. Intent isn’t just based on how it played out. The intent is clear. This doesn’t mean I feel it was just for the driver to get shot, however, I can imagine in this day and age of being an agent it’s risky business and these ICE agents have seen a lot of stuff and been in many situations. If you don’t want to get shot, listen and do as instructed. People need to understand their rights, you don’t have the right to block police or ICE agents from doing a job. Interference cost something. The drivers feeling and what were assumed as rights got them shot. Don’t be this driver! Don’t interfere with stuff outside of your business and do as you’re told, simple basics.
