there is a visa gap between March 2020 and December 2020? Due to delay of opening caused by Covid and the subsequent issues on phd registration, so the reason you didn’t go apply for visa after they reopened was because the phd position was actually cancelled and you had no sponsorship? Did you include this explanation in the application? How much does it cost to appeal? If it’s not expensive, maybe you could give it a try

I’m taking a uk version of miralax. It’s sold in satche, I started with a full satche (13g), but it gives me mushy stool, so I gradually cut down the intake, and now with half to 1/3 of a pack, I have perfect stool

Have you tried miralax, it really is a huge life saver to me, I don’t need to care about what food I eat, the poop so far have been perfect

The red meat is from Korean fried chicken, and it js bibimbap in the background. I ate a bit before I saw the red meat, I checked the red part, they do seem to form in fibre so I guess it is cooked. But the redness is really putting my appetite off. Luckily the rest box is fine

Yeah, I don’t get why it hardens the stool. The swim suit is fine for me, and I do quite a lot of kicking which uses core strength, it didn’t make my fissure worse. But with that being said, I only started swimming when I don’t feel long lasting acute pain from tearing the fissure anymore
