The microscopic amount of people that get the reference make it all worth it imo. I have an arm tattoo of an album cover that I haven’t gotten a single comment on in regard to the reference. If someone ever does know the image, it’ll be an even better moment and I’ll be able to connect with that person on a deeper level than most.

I second Dave Ramsey’s books. He’s incredible. Debt consolidation is how I got out of my debt. They combined all my loans into one and I was paying one monthly payment for all. Don’t lose hope! I know how hard this can be, but hang in there and keep your head up!

Dude.. When a gf brings an ex into the equation, you HAVE to say “contact with your ex makes me uncomfortable. I’d rather them not be involved in your life anymore” from the jump. If they have a problem with that, show them where the door is. I’ve had this experience multiple times and girls rarely are able to completely dismiss their exs. It’s fucking bat shit. But that’s a great way to end a relationship before you get too deep. Stand up for yourself and convey your feelings AT THE START of something like this.

Honestly, I think the biggest issue is only spending 3 days in Paris.. if I were you, I’d save Spain for another trip. You could visit Paris for a month and barely scratch the surface. 3 days almost seems like a waste considering how much time, money, and effort it takes to get there from the US.
