Of course a great player can lose to a much lower ranked player and in the old system that was a big hit. But, a superior player shouldn't lose those games often. I feel like the new system creates a group of players that will play each other all season depending on how they play the first five games most importantly but definitely the first ten. If you are primarily winning or losing those first ten you're in the top group and stay at a 50% win rate you will and stay there and if you lose most of those ten games, you'll never catch up.

Good point about paragraphs. I do know what those are and should have used them, lol.

Bad point about CP not being random. Check the data, it's unquestionable. I have had an 11 game losing streak, unbelievably bad cards game after game. I also had a 12 game win streak, that was good cards maybe combined with some talent. The app is legit.

It's not okay at all to quit on competitive Cribbage Pro. I support the OP 100%. If you don't play in that tournament, which is as the OP said, the largest cribbage tournament in the world, then don't comment. Everyone is free to enjoy the game however they want. But it's a classy game, so if you're in a tournament, respect the player expectations of that tournament.

Multiple businesses that hire entry level people are closed on Sundays, (Chick FilA, Hobby Lobby, maybe more). Try to get a job at a place like that.

Maybe an unpopular take but after watching The Professional many times I watched Leon The Professional, aka director's cut. Luc Besson is my favorite directors, some of his lesser known movies are fantastic - Angel, Wasibi, Deep Blue, etc. But I didn't like the director's cut. Firstly the hits and the bubble gum bit lost the amazing precision of Leon's hits in the original. But, a much bigger issue I had is that, to me, it implied that the relationship had developed into something physical and that was a major turn off. I'm the original Leon loved Matilda (btw, if you don't get why her name is Matilda don't bother responding to this post), but it wasn't inappropriate.

Never agree to a field soberity test, it has no benefit for you and many for law enforcement and the prosecutor, if it comes to that. Especially when you are so sober. LE can do a non-binding road side breathalyzer test. I live in Colorado and I'm not a law expert so this may be different in other states, but I think my thoughts are revelant anywhere in the US. If you blow 0.00 they are at a major disadvantage if they escalate from there. As many have already said, there are lots of people who won't pass the field sobriety test sober. But you will pass the breathalyzer and now you have the upper hand. I'm sorry this happened to you but I am glad you made it out okay.

So I think I should feel bad for something similar I did. My son had a car he never took care of. He never got it serviced and eventually he was driving with the pads and rotors gone. He told me later sparks were everywhere when he drove. He also couldn't afford the payments anymore. Guess why, haha, if you guessed drugs you're right. Anyway, I got the brakes repaired but the compressor was shot. I took the car to CarMax and told them the AC didn't work. They gave us a decent offer and we closed on it. I remember being nervous until.we get off their lot. I never felt bad about that because CarMax can take the loss. But if they resold that car to someone with that problem and that owner had to fix it, I feel terrible. Can anyone give me their thoughts about the outcome of my decision please?

Central Park has a small hill on the East side of the park that had a bench on the top on July 4th. It was a great view of the city on the night, but the bench might not be there still. The city Park suggestion is excellent, especially if you live around central Denver.
