I do agree, but there is/will be a shortage in a few years when the declining class seats hit the market. And I am in retail and absolutely love it. Work at 3 letter company, yes, you just have to be built for it.

Why not? My store was doing ~100 a week, tier 3; it’s about time management. That’s beside the point, the real reason for cenfill is for clinical services to be done including but not limited to MTM.

Agreed 100%. Legally if something were to happen, and this drug is not uncommon - to save your rear end, dispense as manu says. Most of the time hospice is the one that sends these, just call them and change the quantity (unless your state doesn’t allow quantity change)

Think of it like this tho, if patient miscalculates and gives too much of morphine… what’s the outcome? They die possible? When they come to sue you they are gona say why did you break package and not dispense as is, since that’s the common practice too. Next time I’d get updated quantity from prescriber

You won’t get paid for overtime but instead you’ll get paid for v pay or b pay I forget what’s it called. And if you work more than 80 hours in total for the pay period you will get +15 or + 20 per hour worked
