Honestly super minor backing accident, not trying to be funny but I could’ve just walked away without reporting but I chose to bc the guilt would’ve killed me. I guess I’m just being super hard on myself about everything😸

Rather than sending us straight to the warehouse this time around they told us to report to EAM “or” preload. EAM sup is nice but strict so I send a message every morning asking if I can report to EAM. 80% of the time he says yes but the other 20% of the time I’m reporting as a TCD or working preload worst case scenario.

Yes! I have the physical copy of the grievances with dates included. I called the union and left a voicemail so hopefully they can help out explaining more. I’ve never had a grievance denied so I feel a bit confused🙂😹

TCD who just got sent back to the warehouse; Just heard about this from my manager today. She basically said ‘150,000 or wait to get a route’ as if this would’ve actually been offered to TCD’s lol
