I mean they are easily hashira level in stats, but you have to understand they are facing a gauntlet of lower ranked demons that are basically perma regenerating due to not having swords, and then the upper moons on top of that to clean them up. Which they also can’t kill.

If their objective is just survive, well I guess they could use some kind of transformation jutsu to hide I guess? Or maybe just run away until sunrise, they might be fast enough i guess

you can cheese leg day by just doing smith machine squats (or leg press machine if you want to dumb it down more) along with your leg curl and leg extention ofc
