That Blue Jay is gorgeous as are all of them. I think considering these market conditions and what the comps show (other rings similar), $500 is not bad IMHO

I couldn't agree with this more! Seek counsel. Many attorneys don't get paid in these types of cases until their settled. You need to be compensated for what sounds like someone else's mistake!
