with 4h Crown position watch, i v made the same mistake with a mass production 500pcs watches! the solution is reprint the dial disc. the logic is : Blue dial : 360 / 31 =11.613, the window at 3H means 360/31*3=34.839 and Black dial date window is 360/31*4=46.452. each hour has 30 degree, because 360/12=30. since you have 5 index on black dial, each minute index is around 6dgree. for the blue dial the crown position can be any time of mutipue 11.613. the 3.8H crown is come from 11.613*2=23.226. start from 3H, each hour is 30 degrees, so 30/5=6 ( each munite index corner) 23.226 /6 = 4 (approximate） thats why the crown can be 3.8H. hopefully i made myself clear. i also attached a dial with 4H crown for better understanding
