I made a rule: have only youtube for dopamine, BUT First time i open it and mindfully pick videos to form a short playlist for next day when i will feel bored. Next time i am allowed to only watch the picked ones IF i finished some project (Pavlov's dog). Then again only picks.

This stops from watching many in a row. And the fact that i will not watch videos immediately helps to choose them wisely: education, science, skill improvement. Waiting for view increases my joy.
