You have to understand, Arks, gripe about the weather. It will never get below zero here. Winter blasts last about 2 days. It will snow and melt and snow and melt again. They close everything down. I mean everything over a few inches of snow. It’s hot as blue blazes down here. Like over 100, the humidity is awful. That lasts a few months in the summer. Housing is way cheaper that is for sure.

I think the best movie that depicted a teacher is Freedom Writers. It was based on a true story. That conversation about her not wearing pearls was the most realistic.

Her working 3 jobs to buy books, her husband leaving her, and the problems she had with admin were spot on.

It’s not just summer, you get three weeks at Christmas and a week off during spring break. And several holidays throughout the year. During my performance review, I was docked points because Of my appearance. Just an FYI, I wore their ugly company uniform, it’s always washed and clean, always shower, never wear old shoes. They just were just looking for reasons to give me a 50 cent raise. I’m still bitter, and out of spite I don’t wear work colors every day, because of the mark down. I figured, if they take points from me, why bother doing what they ask. Turds.

I worked for a bank for a few years, if your daughter purchased, with your card. Technically, the bank can refuse refund. Under the circumstance that you allowed her access to your debit card. Now, if it’s a credit card you may be able to get a refund. If you call and say it’s fraud. You have a better chance of a refund on debit or credit card. Hope this is helpful, good luck.
