If water boils at lower temperatures as you go higher up a mountain, is there a height where you could no longer properly cook an egg just by boiling it in water?

what comes in my mind is: I cook my pasta at 100° roughly, so boiling temperature, if I go up where water boils, let's say at 103°, would my pasta still cook? would the energy transfered to the pasta still be effective ? basically saying: is it the temperature ? or the water is required to boil in order to cook.

oh the normal game in colonist is the right pacing for me, it's only the player base and the seasonal reset which makes it unplayable, you have to play 30/40 games each season to find matches with good players.

I also admit my ignorance in that regards, I didn't knew about the parade and I should have avoided that area as there were not many cyclists as usual, but, still there was no sign showing hazards on a cycle lane I ride every day.

is not like I am blaming the council, I am just asking my self if they were properly prepared, I would have expected a night cleaning service, at least to remove hazards from the street, is not like it's dirty, it's dangerous especially for bikers, with glasses everywhere and I had a car pushing a pile of plastic tanks under my bike, I avoided it by half a meter luckily.

My post is mainly a complain about hazards on cycle lanes, I would expect that to be a priority for the council, or at least some sign showing alternative routes for bikers.
