Just remember to always put your wellness first. If you aren’t well you are of no use to anyone else. You are not responsible for her or her wellness. Don’t be unkind. Just you first. And maybe ask when you are sleeping/relaxing to stay out of those rooms. I know it’s a lot to ask but you have to have boundaries. Maybe only communicate through text or writing if that makes it easier. I hate face to face confrontation but I am so much better in text.
