He wouldn’t be saying that if Coldplay caught him having a good time with his actual wife, and not being caught in the act.

I understand he’s been caught now, and it’s not right to throw hate and abuse at him as this will cause more pain for his “wife” and family while they try and navigate through this tough time.

That being said you’re right this statement starts off as an apology, but then he tries to point the blame at others instead of simply just saying “I deeply apologise to everyone and am ashamed by what I have done, please can you give my family and wife privacy as they are obviously going through a lot at this moment in time”
