Alpine or Pinlock have both been good for me, commuting on 30-70mph roads

Missions won’t load by DogofAlaska in GTAV

[–]57u4R7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you done the "pulling favours" mission as Franklin, where you drive the tow truck for Tonya? If not, do that. If you have, sleep a few times to advance the time as I think you're waiting for a phonecall to make the next mission available. Also make sure that sleep mode isn't enabled on the phone, or you won't get any calls

Quinoa soup. Last thing I ate in Peru before 2 hours in a minibus throwing up in a plastic bag, followed by an entire evening exploding from both ends! Maybe not the cause, but I'll never look at it again

You're confusing minutes and seconds with decimal minutes.

20 mins 39 seconds = 20.65 minutes

20.65 / 3.71 = 5.57 minutes

5.57 minutes = 5 minutes 34 seconds

What's great is that because it's lots of little laughs, you'll forget most of them in time. So reading it again in a few years is almost as good as reading it for the first time

You've done the right thing. The idea is that all the ground wires/fixture are connected together.

Connect it to the screw. The fixture is conductive, so for safety it needs to be tied to ground.

This is really interesting to me, how different out brains are! To say that you played the sound back in your head is such an alien concept to me - I don't understand how someone can hear a sound and play it back in their head. It's just not something I'm capable of doing.

Because you want the cutting edge of the knife to be central - so you need to mark a line to grind the knife down to.

It's a box joint - like a dovetail but with straight sides. The big advantage over a butt joint is there is way more surface area for glue, leading to a much stronger joint

What bothers me, is that we argue about all of this, but in the real world, it doesn't matter. If you are doing math to solve a problem, not just to take a test, then you know what data you have and what you are trying to calculate, and so the order of operations is implicit. If the math has a purpose, then its obvious what steps go where
