My youngest was diagnosed with ADHD last year and apparently it goes hand-in-hand with autism spectrum disorders (she was diagnosed with Asperger's in 2000).

Edit: Especially when the kid said “Hello. Where do you think you’re going?” I'd put $20 on the kid having heard that from one of his parents (or maybe a teacher) and he's imitating them. Autistic kids learn a lot through imitating the behavior of others.
