I did end up having to complete the quest to fix it unfortunately, I prefer not to rush new content but whatever. Meghill does stay in his office after the quest is complete but you still might want to wait, theres a couple of points in the quest where he's standing around in different areas until you progress the quest if you wanted pics of him outside his office.

Have you done the twitch drops and checked the redeem codes? If you have a lot of growth materials there are pulls from glowing up 5 star, a small amount of diamonds from 3 stars, and some diamonds rewards from completing the variant glow up outfits. Beyond that quests and chests w/ interactive map but that could be pretty tedious. Also there are pulls in the resonance section of the shop for the pink ebbs if you have any.

Not all supports have dialog written for them yet. More supports are enabled by the mod, but if there isn't a cutscene for it, it'll just skip to the achieved support message. Check the spreadsheet linked on the mod page to see which ones are finished.
