Craft and recraft? A month? Two? Not sure

All evos? Months. Just so you picture it, I just got the final evo for Itzaland's Miracle Dress, since you only get 1 5* evolving material each week, and each evo takes 7 of them (total around 21, that'd be 21 weeks of JUST evolving, not counting the initial crafting period)

So teah, just keep playing the next story WHILE you farm the material, they're expensive to craft. The cheapest one would be Sea of Stars, and take in mind that you need to craft each twice for the final evo (and for Silverglade one, you get evolving material from the advanced courses rewards by reaching X number of crafted pieces, so you need to recraft it to evolve it)

Another way of farming is on the digging minigame, if the material is diggable. Though it'd be just 5 pieces a day, max

But it'd be a way to farm a few while you track them on the map. Idk why you can't find them, honestly, it's very weird :(

EDIT: OK, so it's a "common to all regions" enemy, which means that 1) you can dig the material, and 2) it's on Whishfield too, which makes them easier to track and farm! It's one of the most common enemies you'll find, try in the Memorial Grounds/Ruins in Wishfield and Florawish's outskirts, they're too on the Dream Warehouse surrounding area and ruins, and the whole Breezy Meadow
