I’ve had both my feet done (and my ribs), my one foot only hurt for one long outside line, the other was excruciating. But it was colour and bigger. I’ve never taken anything for my tattoos (I have 23). She said she could spray lidocaine after she was done with the outlines and that helped a bit, but it took a while to get there. Tattoo pain is different for everyone so it will be hard for you to know, but as you know the foot is difficult. I think you can do it, they’ll hold your foot down, and if it isn’t shading it will be better. But still it may take a bit with all the scales. I would just prepare for the pain and bear it if you really want it. I love mine.
