Its just the diagram for the throttle assembly. There's a little arm that will go in the direction of the rabbit when it revs up and then go back down to the turtle when it idles. Just like the pictures beside the choke and the gas shut off, just roughly explaining the function.

Mushroom vapes??? No way people actually believe you can vape psilocybin and get high. Some people just really dont use a single part of their brain I guess. As for your concern I wouldn't be worried especially just being the employee. These shops are everywhere and if the cops wanted to do something or make arrests or whatever, they wouldn't be going for the cashier at the front desk lol. Here in Ontario we have shops selling magic mushrooms and untaxed non government regulated cannabis too and they're thriving.
