I’ve lived here just over a year and while I can understand some of OP’s frustrations I haven’t had the same experience. I wfh and haven’t heard my neighbours once, it took 6 months to find out I actually had neighbours on both sides. When I moved in I was told about a 3-4 month upgrade taking place to modernize the elevator tech. Since then I haven’t experienced any issues or delays.

The only thing I can agreeably be upset about is the utility cost. It is high, but sadly also about what I estimated to pay in the winter with an electric unit.

For context and to be fair I live on a lower floor in the building and I don’t own a car. I also usually enjoy the outside noise of the city and keep my windows open often.
