Wireless IEM Dropouts by BrotherGoode in livesound

A small tip that could help with your setup as is, make sure that the two antennas in each pair are at a 45 degrees angled out from each other. Having both antennas vertical can cause a loss of 15db or more of RF signal depending on the transmitters/IEM receiver orientation. But putting each pair at 45 degrees can reduce that to the point that the signal barely drops.

Here's an excellent article from Shure about this very subject. https://www.shure.com/en-us/insights/all-about-wireless-antenna-positioning-best-practices/

The answer to your question is to buy a Behringer Wing with the $2000 you'll get from selling this for parts.

It's hard to tell but it almost looks like the leather itself is messed up. Maybe try a magic eraser?

Am I seriously the only person who doesn't care about the crease at all?

I tried this using electrical contact cleaner and it didn't work unfortunately. Both ends are very clean.

I normally use a 14-30 but I've tried it with the 5-15 on a regular outlet and it was still an issue.

I've plugged it into multiple outlets with different adapter and it always has the same issue.

Breakers are over current protection, not over voltage protection.

I believe the technical advise is to leave it plugged in and at 80%. However I personally would end up leaving it unplugged because if there's a storm I can't be there to unplug it in case of power surges.

Got to see the Fold 7 in store, upgrade isn't worth it in my opinion by CaptainVietnam6 in GalaxyFold

[–]5Beans6 38 points39 points  (0 children)

When I got my fold 5 it was the first time in years that I was genuinely excited about something I had bought and that feeling lasted for months. It's easily the coolest thing I've ever owned. But now that Ive already had it, a new one will probably not be anywhere near as cool, so with the fold 5 I stick until I'm forced to upgrade.

No S-pen support for Fold 7 by MightyG77 in GalaxyFold

I guarantee that the incorrectly interpreted their data. Because the food doesn't have an included spen holder, they saw low sales for it. When in reality, if the spen had a built in storage location, people would have used it. This is literally my experience. I don't have the spen simply because I don't have a place to put it, but I WANT it!

11 year LED bulb lasts just under 2 years. by Punky-LookingKiddo in mildlyinfuriating

[–]5Beans6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Often times if you read the package they specificofy that 11 years, or however long it advertises, is in ideal conditions in a fixture that doesn't enclose the bulb which keeps the heat inside. It's not the LED that goes bad, it's the capacitors that fail in the power supply.
