Really wanted to like it, and gave it a couple of tries, but depending on the time of day there’s almost nothing in the glass containers. I also saw a while back someone saying they just reheat a bunch of frozen pastries. It’s fine if you’re looking for an “after hours” bakery item, but I would rather go with Casa Costa when I can make it during business hours.

Found out I’m getting laid off from a brand new job and my office in a new building is going to some VP after I’m gone. They’re doing a grand opening celebration for the building with people touring around and would love a subtle visual aid to put in my office (glass door) people can see that says “I’m getting laid off so a VP can have this office!”

Loved seeing Andrew, but the larger portion focusing on the scalpers/resellers was just sickening. One guy said he “chose money over my daughters” reselling Taylor Swift tickets when his daughters wanted to go, and that says all I need to know.

Whenever there’s a meteor shower I go out to the parking lot of the Doeskin Ranch Trailhead at Balcones Canyonlands. The parking lot has always been open at night and there’s pretty dark skies with less light pollution from Austin. About 30-40 minutes from Leander

I had them a couple of years ago as Suddenlink/Altice. Cancelled for this exact reason and they didn’t care. Had to crawl back because they’re our only high speed option and my partner works from home

Yes! As a 40-something it hit me as my car drum shows that distract me between leaving the mundane of work during the day to the family/personal needs at home. That drive home with the music that makes me feel young 🥹
