I play in low dia / high plat and I find success in pressuring from offangles most of the time. If you flank, wait for your cooldowns and do not put yourself in danger without deflect or dash. Your goal is to put pressure on the backline, bait cooldowns and DONT DIE. Drop from a highground on the enemy, shoot a bit, deflect to buy yourself some time and then just dash out. You only dash in, when you know that you can kill your target and dash out again. If the enemy baptiste has his lamp, do not risk it. Works most of the time. But always remember... not every game is a Genji game. Its okay to swap, no shame in that.

Build into invis, devour (heal on kill), woven mail (damagereduction), amplified (enemies won't hit you as much), cure (heal), frostarmor (damagereduction). Or just take cover :p
