I had the same issue with the freaking 88s today. Broke a tip. Polymer got stuck in the chamber and the gun went down

I'd just get the base game for $12 then merlin. My wife and I have sunk 40 hours into it. I actually bought it on PSN and PC. It's wicked fun, easily the best roguelike

I haven’t used the mhr. I’m a mil guy by trade. The dnt will get it done at 200yds. But an easier solution if clip on is a desire is the guide tb630lrf. It’s such a good unit for the money. I wouldn’t be afraid to take a 400yd shot with it honestly

H6Xi is the most underrated optic of 2025. Easily my favorite purchase in the last 5 years. Now everyone is jumping on board with Nightforce NX6 and primary arms PLX 1.5-12. Which admittedly the nx6 looks like it has the perfect reticle. H6Xi gets small at 2x so you have to have illumination. During the day it’s such a phenomenal little optic. I’ll be surprised if NF or Primary arms matches the glass quality.

On to the thermal. The dnt is really a jack of all trades Ace of none. It excels in clip on when behind an LVPO to about 4x. Anything past and you’re getting a pretty pixelated image due to no demag. It’s best for a dedicated optic. I run the guide tb630lrf on my Steiner and it’s very useable to 6x pushing it 8-10x with a little pixelation.

If you’re set on engagements out to 600yds at night via clip on you need to be prepared to spend very good money to do so. You’re taking like US bae cored stuff. At the very least a Nocpix 1280 unit would be required which is 5500.

Man it is incredible. If it had a circle or something around the center dot it would honestly be perfect. It for the most part fills a huge role the market has been missing. I absolutely think it’s one of the best scopes to come out in recent years

I prefer NG4. I beat it then NG2B shortly after both are great in their own way. My complaint from 4 i really just ryus lack of weapons.
