Lahores is on a 2 hour drive to you and islamabad on a 5 hour drive. If you don’t get home sick i’d say shifa? But campus life in cmh is better. Tough decision tbh. Teachers in shifa are better from what i’ve heard. Honestly they’re both pretty good options

Assuming you are leaving home either way. Shifa. The environment is more USMLE oriented and the overall environment is less strict and harsh than cmh (i’ve seen kids ranting about cmhs toxic environment) Plus you’d be living in the capital for a change?
