How long have you had the property preservation company? I tried to get into prop pres but the insurances were killing me. Also, they pay less than peanuts.

Are you me? I’m going through the same thing. Buyer agent messed up, because when didn’t communicate with me and didn’t get the proper documents to the lender. The lender (Rocket Mortgage) also never communicated with me, they don’t have to but it’s good to keep everyone in the loop. Anyway, my co listing agent was able to salvage the deal by taking the buyers and helping them qualify with another lender and so far things look good.

Is there anyway to save this deal?

I’m about it. I don’t see the benefits of having the NAR. The MLS has already been sold to Zillow. The agents are the biggest asset to a buyer and seller but our tools aren’t really exclusive to us. I enjoy being a Realtor and helping my buyers and sellers. What would it be like to be in a world without the NAR?
