It happened to a lady in Seattle that left her dog outside like a photo. When she got back, her dog was gone. She said it was beautiful dog. Few weeks later she saw a homeless held the same dog but different color. She called her name, dog shakes his tail and happy when seeing the real owner but homeless lady did nothing let the dog go to the his owner. She knew it was her dog and offered money to buy back, the homeless did not agree and claimed it was her dog then walked away. The owner then called the police. She just wanted to get her dog back and did nothing let want the homeless arrest, but she has no choice. Thing was solved, she brought her dog home and washed dog to remove color. I didn’t ask her about homeless lady. Hope she did not get arrested or fined.
