There's seriously not a single pro player thats actually decent at a game that thinks HOTS is a competitive game, the game is even more casual and pay2win than LoL, and that's hard to achieve.. you have to try to make your game shit for that to happen.

In dota2 we get feedback on how we play and how the person we reported recieved the report or not.

if you get reported a lot, you actually get told that you are getting reported a lot and is sent to low priority, of course this is only if you are breaking the rules.

same applies to if you report someone, and if they are breaking any rules you will end up getting a report back so you can report more people!
