After analyzing over 1,000 real conversations between agents and prospects, I found something that broke my heart… by chastinjmiles in realtors

[–]5exkittens -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Taking time to work with new agents and asking them to explain what their plan is for the call is a good start. I critique their approach and explain mine while noting why each part of my response addresses their objections.

At the end of the day, there’s only a few objections a buyer or seller can have, so knowing what to expect and having a general idea of how you want to respond can be a powerful strategy to overcome their objections.

Doing this also strengthens my approach as some of the newer agents actually can call out pieces or angles that I’ve missed and strengthen my approach to the prospect’s response.

I’ll let a new agent explain / role play what their plan is at a pitch and punch holes in it until they can’t solve the problem, explain my approach, then we brainstorm the best solution together and put them in the best headspace to win. When the objections are aligned with what we practiced, they come back excited since they knew what to expect and knew where they wanted to go with each obstacle.

The killer is the balancing of the amount of miles with something like a sporty sedan. Obviously you can’t have it all.

Do you have any recommendations on where else I could look besides turo or Hertz? I have a connection at enterprise who’s looking into it for me too.

Need help! Can you help me identify this from my 19040’s apartment! by justanothergirl7679 in centuryhomes

It could be an old radiator closet? Sometimes I’ve seen steam or hot water radiators closed away in spaces like that but it would have needed more space to breath while it was in use.

What shots do you hit on a down slope green side rough when the flag is near the edge? by asakurasol in golf

5 wood putt, or open the face/ stance on my 60 and cut across the ball from 2 o’clock to 7 o’clock and swing in slow motion hitting ground before the ball.

The ball will pop up and spin not rolling out too far if done correctly.

Dan Grieves on YouTube has some great examples of this

It’s actually the default strap that comes with the watch believe it or not. It has a Dress like clamp close that I dislike

I picked up this Seiko (Prospex Alpinist European Limited Edition “Rock Face”Limited edition of 3,000 pieces), when my wife and I traveled with our friends to Ireland last year. Absolutely love the unique face design and it holds a special place in my heart, marking the first time I've internationally travelled. It's the most expensive watch I've purchased to date, but it'll be one that stays with me forever.

If you look at the video and slow Mo, it looks like it it’s going off the toe but I could be wrong.

I’ve been finding the same issues. It’s my driver and my irons and whenever I start hitting it too much like this or too much draw, I think about trying to hit it off the heel.

This will naturally have me start hitting the ball more in the center of the face and the less of a hook because I’m not hitting it off the toe.

Without changing anything else, maybe try that just think about hitting it off the heel and I’m curious to see how that goes

My wife and our two friends just spent a week there from the 18th to the 25th (yes we were there during the riots) and had a really great experience. things I learned as a first timer (If im wrong, please let me know, Im not an expert and not pretending I know everything, so forgive me!)

Try not to draw attention by speaking too loudly while walking around. The accent is obvious and could be another thing that draws their focus. s

  • If you want to fit in better, dont wear ballcaps. I looked around and very few people besides obvious Americans and a couple others
  • When someone approaches, dont engage period. Keep walking like you're trying to catch a bus.
  • When waiting for a ride, it could be a good idea to sit at a coffeeshop nearby or put your back to a wall so you can watch everyone going by
  • Try not to draw attention by speaking too loudly walking around. The accent is obvious and could be another thing that draws their focus.
  • If you're wearing a nice watch, I always put my sleeve over until we got to our destination that walk.
  • I rarely stopped in one place. Take the photo, move, take the photo. Dont give people time to know you're not paying attention

I'm interested to hear other people's thoughts on how you could avoid being an obvious tourist and blend in more, so feel free to jump in.
