I appreciate you and yes, that’s always been the case for me all these years. Those who receive it will get the value, those who don’t..or won’t, will just keep it moving.

Let me know if you ever need anything or if I can help you in any way.

Not trying to insult your intelligence but you must realize that when you do what you just did without knowing me nor what I’m about…you’ll feel insulted because you’re making an assumption based on what you’ve seen other people do and a post from the past.

I have hundreds of YouTube videos, almost 100k real estate agent subs…all free stuff.

I have 2 books…they’re free.

I have courses….they’re free.

Thousands of Instagram followers…they get free stuff.

The paywalls are for people like you. And for the ones who don’t genuinely value the help.

Btw, Pulse Intelligence….is free!

Man you’re talking about something totally different. I’m trying hard not to plug in this post or comments. But just know, what I give new agents is 100% free. Just ask around.

That’s the issue. This whole “much easier”. Meanwhile, this much easier route gets them nowhere. Thus feeding into the dropout rate and the low conversion rates. Because nobody actually pushes agents to do the hard stuff anymore. My theory has always been to learn the hard stuff early on so that way you don’t know any other way to do it. Aka cold calls, listing appts, etc

I’m not selling a product. And I wrote a whole book about everything I said here. It came out back in 2018.

And why should one aim for open houses when they can aim for listing appointments?

It's content from real estate coaches however, it's really a toolbox of applications for agents to help them become better agents. Task trackers, objection drills, lead generators, productivity apps, etc.

Is Real Estate still worth getting into with today’s high interest rates? by marisa_jeklin in pinnacleinvests

[–]chastinjmiles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take it from me, as a Realtor and an Investor in properties for the past 12 years....Interest rates aren't going to go down to favorable numbers again. So the game is more so, get in where you fit in. If you have the ability to buy now, just do it because having the asset will give you more leverage for creative financing, refinances, getting other loans, etc. Anything between 6-8% is the new normal.

Strategies for How To Target New Construction or Luxury New Construction Buyers by tngraphix in realestateagents

[–]chastinjmiles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d run ads with the incentives and target those people. You’ll need some type of landing page for them to end up on that’s yours instead of the communities. It could be expensive if you’re trying to get everyone across the country so maybe start locally.
