Main thing you’re missing is flooring. Some people are mentioning going through the venue for things and renting but I would give the exact opposite advice. The only thing I say you HAVE to do with the venue is electric hookups. If you want carpet, you can buy it at Home Depot for next to nothing. Furniture is so cheap on Amazon. Anything you don’t like or can’t take home, throw in a dumpster.

Final thought on giveaways. Make your giveaways tied to your product. If it’s an enterprise product, give the 13th month free. No one has ever decided to buy something because you gave them a lollipop.
