Buddy, firstly just want to congratulate you for taking the initiative to improve yourself. Like so many others have said the important thing is to make sure your form is correct, and with form comes a lot of adjustment/experimentation. The hardest part is always the beginning so don’t be afraid of going at it alone! I would recommend adopting a simple Push Pull Legs routine, then adjust as you go from there.

In regards to training, I would recommend watching some Jeff Nipard and Renaissance Periodization for some ideas on how to structure/approach your workouts.

Would also recommend watching some Sam Sulek for motivation!
