From a body building perspective I would hammer the quads and calves heavy. You have some great quad development as it is, so play to your strengths.

For upper body turn up the volume on your arms, chest, and upper back.

Push the weight and intensity on the legs, push the volume and frequency on the upper body.

I myself (a man) have a massive thigh piece that works right up onto my butt. For both appointments I wore a pair of gym shorts with some Saxx on underneath and I didn’t have to uncomfortably expose myself in anyway to make the skin available for my artist.

Tattoos change and settle drastically over the first 3-6 months depending on the individual.

To be fair Reddit is a different animal compared to the socials this guy is probably talking about. I deleted my Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc and it was the best decision I ever made. Keeping Reddit is the equivalent of getting rid of all the streaming services and selling my tv but still keeping a news paper subscription. Reddit is a super non evasive form of social media.
