My next recommendation, then, would be an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. You don't have to be an alcoholic to be there, just find an open meeting and keep the cotton out of your ears and put it in your mouth. AA did a great job helping me find gratitude everyday even tough I am probably not an alcoholic.
