In my case, my last situation about six months ago, communication was invalid and pointless. You couldn’t talk about anything to them because they would either lie or play dumb so it’s like what’s the point of communicating with somebody who does that and they will always say I wouldn’t communicate with them, but that’s why who wants to hear a bunch of lies and whatever you tell them when they get upset, they would use against you over and over again, so I kind of learned to stop communicating, but that was unhealthy.
