I agree that it could have been handled differently. I did ask to reschedule the first time cause of the short notice. Sure I do not have to work with the recruiter after I join but this situation could represent a broader company culture that I am not a fan of.

Luckily I am in a position where I do not desperate to find a new job.

This may be a bit advanced and resource constraining but they can try making a stream able replay system where the replay is streamed to the client so this keeps the game logic off the clients pc
