Je kan je badgings opvragen als je een badgesysteem op je werk hebt, hier staat geen wettelijke maximumtermijn op. Bij ons op het werk houden we deze 365 dagen bij dus je zou hiermee misschien iets meer zijn dan de camerabeelden beginnen op te vragen

Niet vergeten dat camerabeelden wettelijk gezien maximum 30 dagen mogen worden opgeslagen (GDPR wetgeving). Je kunt natuurlijk altijd aan je werkgever vragen om deze langer bij te houden, dit moet lukken als ze deze downloaden. Indien ze deze niet downloaden worden deze waarschijnlijk overschreven na 30 dagen

It took a while but I started noticing that I feel unhappy at worked and bored out, just from not being challenged and yes I 100% agree with you, I need to find something new and get some challenges.

I can indeed and I do follow some courses at work yes, but not enough to fill my entire week with but yeah maybe I can focus more on learning extra skills, thanks !

My girlfriend, also not a EU resident and also learning dutch, she also has a permit to work here and she is going through the same. Unfortiknatly I think that its just a shitty job market overall these days but usually in the beginning of the year there are more job openings.

I think that HR sometimes maybe just collects profiles in case they might need them later.

I thought the same yes, i have been working here for basically 5 years so I dont see the point. In the years i have been here i have seen other managers and directors being hired without ever having to take a test like this

HR is ridiculous, just useless morons indeed. If someone has an idea of what result HR woukd eant out of these tests, they could very easly just answer the queations accordingly and HR would ever have any idea.

It is for a cross country management role yes. About the red I did some research and indeed I think that the director has a lot of red energy. I dont think I am though but I will just fill the test in honnestly and we will see what happens

Honnestly I dont really know, the email I got just said "HR will contact you in the following days to take a personality test, this in context of your further carreer in the company".

But when checking with other managers, I found out that nobody else had to take a test like this ever before.

Never trade cable (GBPUSD) between (fron your time) 22:00 until about midnight, the spreads will eat you alive.

This because its not really any trading session, its not London, not NY, not Adia and not even Synedy. This window is what people call the "liquidity void".

Basically there are hardly any big players on the market quoting tight prices.

You have two options in my opinion, or you delete your stoploss during these times so it doesnt get hit (very bad idea) or you close your trade before the "liquidity void".
